We empower communities by helping people understand the legislative process and teaching them how to organize their neighbors to make change. We build strong leaders by helping them understand power structures and giving them tools to become advocates effectively. We bolster newly elected leaders by giving them the knowledge, relationships and confidence to be effective the day they take office.

We offer a full range of civics training from how to take back power for your community to Organizing for Grassroots to Leadership training for activists and elected officials. All of our training include a mix of theory and analysis of real life situations. We adapt our training so that participants at every level of experience can expan
