People Powered Campaigns
A condensed, skills-focused program for Maryland residents designed to help candidates and staff build effective, community-centered, small donor-driven political campaigns. This program introduces a nontraditional approach to campaigning, that shifts focus from turning out voters for a single election to building community investment that leads to governing power.
